With an in-house licensed architect, we are ready for any design challenge. We offer custom home design services as well as solutions for renovating existing homes. We also offer custom cabinetry design and construction services to meet your unique needs.

STEP 3: Building/Energy Audits

With over 20 years experience working on older homes in Vermont, we have the knowledge to assist you in making decisions about energy and efficiency upgrades for your home. We will work with you to make the best choices for your renovation project to improve your home’s efficiency and comfort.

STEP 4: Cost Estimating

We provide complete cost estimating services with a detailed itemized estimate of probable construction costs, as well as allowances and contingencies to make sure that your project is within your budget.

STEP 5: Building Services

Our experienced construction team provides professional service on every job. Not only do we offer superior construction knowledge, but we also pay attention to the details.
